3rd World Countries: Less of a Gap than Media Makes you Believe

This is an interesting video (a little heavy quantitatively) showing that the gap between developed and 3rd world countries is less than ever, and less than media may have us believe. It also emphasizes that foregin aid needs to be focused on certain parts of countries (or continents) instead of a shotgun approach. So far so good, but it's time to put away the proverbial shotgun, and take out the rifle to make the world better.
